• In order to enquire about available rooms, please fill the request form on the website.
• Once your request is received, we respond within 24 hours via e-mail about room availability, stating the terms, rates and payment methods.
You will receive an answer even if there is no availability.
• To make a reservation, you just have to reply with an e-mail to the availability notice.
• Booking is confirmed only by a booking confirmation e-mail from us, containing information about the stay at the GuestHouse and the total price
• At the day of arrival, check-in must be done from 4 pm to 8 pm; at the day of departure, check-out must be done by 11 am.
• Upon arrival, all Guests have the legal obligation to produce a valid ID, otherwise they will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to substitute the room assigned to the Guest with another one of equal or superior quality, without notice and without price increase.
• Cancellations or amendments to confirmed bookings must be made by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
• It is possible to cancel or amend a confirmed booking, free of charge, up to 7 days prior to the day of arrival at the GuestHouse. Beyond this deadline, the total booking value will be charged.
• In the event of a no show, the total booking value will be charged.
• Accommodation rates are intended per room and per night, inclusive of breakfast, both with local products and continental-style.
Rates do not include the City Tax of € 1.50, per person/night (not charged for children up to the age of 14), to be paid directly on site.
• The total price is the one stated in the booking confirmation e-mail.
• A credit card number is required to guarantee the booking.
Credit card data will not be used to charge the room, but only as cancellation or amendment fee.
• Any additional charges are not included in the booking and must be paid separately during the stay.
